Lamb Meatballs


Our meatballs make weeknight dinners a snap. To make them, we mix freshly ground, pasture-raised lamb from Marin Sun Farms with Mediterranean inspired flavors like sumac, red onion, lots of fresh herbs, and Manouri cheese.

Each pack is frozen and contains 6-7 meatballs, weighing approximately 1 pound.

To cook:

Option 1: Heat up a sauce and gently add the frozen meatballs to the sauce. Reduce heat to a very gentle simmer and cover. Cook gently for 20-25 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through.

Option 2: Preheat the oven to 350. Place frozen meatballs on a baking sheet (lined with foil or parchment if you like) and bake until cooked through, 20-25 minutes.
