We roast the bones from our pasture-raised chickens until their caramelized and golden, and we do the same to our carrots, onions, and celery. Then, we simmer the mix for 6-8 hours with bay, black peppercorns, and a touch of fresh turmeric and apple cider vinegar. Great for sipping on its own, or for using as a base in soups.
