Oktoberfest- the world’s largest celebration of beer and fun- has been a Bavarian tradition since 1810. Join us in the Bavette kitchen as we honor Oktoberfest the hands-on way. In this class, you’ll learn to grind, mix, and stuff a simple bratwurst recipe using a hand crank stuffer and how to mix and shape your own Bavarian pretzels. I’ll show you my favorite tricks for cooking a sausage properly before we sit down to enjoy our feast with fresh-made mustards, sauerkraut, and, of course, Oktoberfest beer.

Held at 525 East Colorado Blvd in Pasadena, inside the New School of Cooking campus.
Having fun is mandatory.
Kids over the age of 12 are welcome with a parent.
