It's easy to place an order with us.
Shop! You can add anything you see on our site to your cart. There are different order deadlines depending on how you would like to get your order: picking up at one of our farmers markets, or receiving a home delivery.
If you just want our most popular basics, we do have two preset boxes available from which to choose, and you can add other products on as you want. If you order a small or large box, delivery is free! Check out the preset boxes here.
Currently, all our meat is cut and packaged at our commercial kitchen as soon as it arrives, and then frozen in order to maintain freshness. All your meat will be vacuum sealed and frozen when it gets to you.
Decide how you would like to get your order, and select that option at checkout. Here are the options:
1. Home Delivery. Order by Monday at 12 noon to get a delivery on Sunday afternoon between 3 PM and 7 PM. Select 'home delivery' at checkout. Deliveries cost $10.00 for all orders under $80.00, and are free for orders $80.00 and over.
2. Altadena Farmers Market Pickup. Order by Tuesday at 12 PM to pick up at our Altadena Farmers Market on Wednesday evenings in Loma Alta Park from 4 PM - 8 PM. Select 'pick up at the AFM' at checkout.
3. Hollywood Pickup Option. Order by Saturday at 12 PM to pick up at the Hollywood Farmers Market on Sunday morning at the intersection of Selma and Ivar, from 8 AM to 1 PM. Select 'pick up at the HFM' at checkout.
Pickup or receive your order!
For deliveries: At this moment, you must be home in order to accept our deliveries. You'll hear from us within 24 hours of placing your order to confirm. We'll call you twice if you aren't home to receive your delivery, and then move on. If we hear from you before the end of the day, we may be able to circle back. If not, we can freeze your product and deliver to you the following week. We do not offer refunds once you've received your product. Please leave any necessary details about delivering to your home in the notes at check out.
For pickups: If you are unable to pickup your product, please let us know ASAP and we'll freeze it for you, and hold it so you can pick it up the following week. We do not offer refunds once you've received your product.
