Leeks are cooked down until meltingly soft to become the base of our take on the classic chicken pot pie. Then we roast our pasture-raised chicken, saute some carrots and onions, and carefully stir it all into a creamy base that combines Clover organic milk and our own house-made chicken stock. Then, we top the whole thing off with a flaky crust make with Clover organic butter and organic flour from Utah.
