Chicken legs are versatile and easy; they can be braised, roasted, grilled, or fried. Generally speaking, one pound of chicken legs contains two whole legs. Occasionally, we cut the legs into thighs and drumsticks in order to get just the right weight range. In that case, you may get three thighs and two drumsticks, or whatever makes the 1 lb weight range.
